Sedona Hot Yoga

Best studio I’ve been to in literal decades. I have genuinely enjoyed every single class I’ve attended. Every instructor brings something so valuable to each class. I seriously cannot pick a favorite. So grateful this place exists in Cottonwood.

This is, and has always been, the best yoga studio around. The instructors are all very well trained. The studio(s) are clean, and beautiful. There are showers available. Also, you can rent towels and a mat here, too. Classes available all throughout the day. The schedule is posted online.

Our favourite local studio -- great people and variety of classes.

We didn’t go to the hot yoga class! I’ve tried it before but it was too hot! On Wednesday, they have a deep stretch class which is unheated. The teacher is awesome! I brought my 81-year-old neighbor and the teacher was so helpful in helping her with adjustments and modifications. Even though the class was tough, we had a lot of laughs and a lot of camaraderie. This class is for any skill level! This class is for anyone who is tight and sore and needs relief! I loved it! I’ll be back!
